Art Deco Marble Top Walnut Commode, French c.1930's

An absolutely stunning example of an Art Deco French Commode, in a highly character grain walnut timber. The marble top id a green with white speckled variety and the feet are also turned timber. The keyholes for the two wide drawers have Brass plated escutcheons with both keys present and working. The smaller top drawers have Brass pull knobs, the whole ensemble is one of elegance and highly sophisticated example of the period of Art Deco craftmanship and cabinet making of France. This piece exudes style and will most certainly be the centre piece of most rooms.
