We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, or your item isn't as described, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy with no questions asked.

• Grounds on which a refund will be granted within 14 days are based on the item in question, is not as described or faulty or damaged upon it's arrival with you. In the instance you have purchased an item in person from us during one of the many fairs and events we in which we participate, the item you wish to return due to a misdescription or a defect, the same item in question must be returned in its original condition within 14 days.

• We cannot offer you a refund if you have simply changed your mind about the item purchased.

• In the case you have requested we make adjustments or such to an item purchased within 14 days from date of purchase, once the item has been passed by us on to our partner restores or conservators to meet your needs it will not be possible to request a refund based a change of your mind about the item.

• in the rare instance we have misdescribed an item or there is a clear fault/damage/defect you'll receive a full refund, and we'll cover return shipping costs.

• Returned items must be in their original condition.
